Lockdown has been putting a strain on all aspects of our lives, and the last thing you need is to be worrying about how to maintain or restart your contraception. Remember if you ALREADY have a form of contraception that you want to continue/begin, new FSRH guidelines state:
1) Combined pill users no longer need a blood pressure reading for a 6-month repeat supply of pills.
2) For a new pill starter, a BP reading should be obtained and given to the doctor or nurse over the phone.
3) The length of time an IUD and an implant can be left in place have been extended by one year
